Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our family stay was pleasant overall, but breakfast logistics need attention. The staff were friendly, yet one person at the order window struggled to keep up during peak hours. The slippery bathroom floors were concerning. consider placing extra mats for safety. Enjoyed the quiet King Room!

We had an amazing time! The breakfast was so delicious, the pool was really hot and inviting, and the rooms were impressively clean and comfy. Definitely coming back!

We had a fun stay in a spacious King Suite, and the breakfast was fantastic! The heated pool and cozy leisure room made for great relaxation spots after a long day of exploring. Just wish there was a bit more separation for guests with pets during meals, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our time! ☕️

My partner and I loved our time at Signature Collection! The king room impressed us with its cleanliness and decor. Breakfast offered delicious options, and the staff were incredibly helpful. A bit tricky finding spots for our dogs on the property, but overall, a fantastic experience!

Friendly staff, great breakfast bar, with air conditioning making our stay comfortable and providing free wi-fi in the rooms helped us unwind after exploring nearby shops and restaurants just 5 minutes away on foot.

everything was amazing at the signature collection! the king room was always spotless and beautifully decorated. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond. it’s super convenient, close to everything we wanted to explore. this is our favorite place to stay, hands down!

It was just a fitting option for a momentary pause in Arroyo Grande with great value. I asked Rosa for a receipt, and she got a bit dramatic but everything else was smooth. Make sure to confirm your check-out details in advance.

Just a solid selection for a quick break in Arroyo Grande, great for the money. Breakfast offerings were acceptable, though a bit slow. It'd be nice if they set out some self-serve items to speed things up.

Great Spot for a Relaxing Stay!

We had a fun night at this place! Super friendly staff made us feel right at home, and it’s dog-friendly too, which is a big plus. Pools were lovely, especially the heated one, open until 10 PM. Only thing is the breakfast was kinda basic, not much to write home about.

The spacious lounge area was beautifully decorated and perfect for relaxing. The elevator made accessibility so easy for me, and I loved being right by great shops and dining options just a short stroll away.

More comfortable seating for seniors would be lovely.
